No. The Croft (and all McDonnell caravan parks) are for those looking for private ownership. This ensures high levels of comfort and community on our sites.
Is The Croft dog friendly?
It is! You are welcome to bring your dogs to The Croft, but we do ask that they are kept on a short lead please.
Can I sublet my caravan?
No. Like all of our parks, The Croft is owner occupied only and we do not allow subletting.
What are the site fees at The Croft?
2025 fees/rent at The Croft is £5,250, or £6,200 for front row twin plots. Fees include grass cutting, refuse collection, water rates and VAT.
Electricity is metered and invoiced annually, and you can buy gas bottles on direct account.
