Operations Manager
We are seeking an Operations Manager to join the team. Based at Gayton Head Office, you will also spend time at the seven holiday parks situated across West Norfolk.The Operations Manager is responsible for managing the operations, safety and presentation standards of the grounds, landscaping, facilities, repair and maintenance. There is also an administrative function including budget control and communicating with our holiday homeowners.
This is a full time role
Location: Gayton Showground, PE32 1QJ and all parks
Pay: £38,000 per annum

Repair Engineer
We are looking for a repairs engineer to join our team with a view to carrying out a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks on caravans, ensuring they are safe, compliant, and finished to a high standard for our customers.
This is a full role: Mon – Fri, 8am – 5pm with option for overtime
Location: Gayton Showground, PE32 1QJ
Pay: £15.50 per hour

Sales Advisor
Based at Gayton Head Office, you will also spend time at the seven holiday parks situated across West Norfolk. You will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the entire sales process, from initial enquiry to post-sale support. You will also be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat sales and referrals.
We are looking for someone with a customer-focused mindset alongside a keen interest in sales and holiday home / touring caravan ownership.
This is a full role: Mon – Fri
